How to view all the repair zone questions?

I could not find the option to view all the repair zone questions, which we used to view earlier by clicking Admin > Stable Questions option.
Please let me know where this option is, and how to reply back the comments, so that we can close 10-20 of the comments every day.

Yes Jeanne.I am leaving the comment open for a period of 2-3 days as of now. From now onwards, I will leave it open for a week if it is not urgent.
