In a workflow you can see items assigned to you and other people, and you can filter by different criteria (questions created by me or questions with open comments created by me). This way we could have a single interface and it would be easier to scan, me thinks.

Yes, I'm writing an analysis for improving the moderation.

I propose the notion of queue of "manual work to do".
It can be either filtered by kind of work, by exam, by author.

I hope the document will come in a few days.
