The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change...

If I try to take the Spring Core Basic exam I get the following message:

The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change in conditions after condition checkings!

Another result is that zero remainig contribution points are displayed. If I change to "My Contributions" the remaining points are restored to the old value.

Re: The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change..

it's very strange. After clicking again on "Give 12 points and start" I actualy get into the exam and succeeded it. "My Results" show me this result, but additionaly three failed tries (these are perhaps my prior tries to get into the exam).
My contribition and knowledge points are the same as before the exam. They should be adjusted because I have done the exam successfully.

Re: The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change..

Same for me.

I've recently successfully passed Java SE Core - Intermed exam, and I can see it on "My results" page marked "Succeeded".

Great, but unfortunately after that exam I have still this same number of knowledge points as before and the number of available contribution points has been subtracted by 12 (when that exam costs 6 pts). And now I remember that there was a message about condition checkings.

You can see how my profile and results look like in the attached screen-shots.

Imho it's critical bug and needs attention from JBB. I wrote an email to one of the moderators but he didn't respond me :(

Re: The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change..

Hi both of you,

I'm on it! See http://jira.javablackbelt.com/browse/JBB-169 for status.

This will be corrected in short while.

Re: The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change..

Hi,

thanks for feedback. At first try, I've got a Server Error but nothing cruel happened to my contribution points. The second try succeeded.

Re: The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change..

Thanks for your quick reaction. Unfortunately my points (both knowledge and contrib.) are still miscalculated.

Re: The system was not able to start the questionnaire due to some change..

I've just noticed, that my knowledge points were corrected. Thanks!!!
And what about contribution points? There should be 11 left (instead of 5), shouldn't be? (My account was charged two times by 6pts, when I was attempting to start Java SE Core - Intermed exam)

Please fix this.
Thanks in advance.
