iText has been around for 9 years now, and in order to keep the library young, we need to clean up the code on a regular basis. We've reorganized the ANT scripts, so that there's now a build.xml to build a release and a test.xml with the junit and jdiff targets.
In the code, we've gone over all the deprecated methods and classes, and we decided which ones will disappear in iText 2.1. We've also added more @since tags.
iText 2.0.7 brings bugfixes in the area of TIFF handling, PDF/A generation, PdfGraphics2D functionality, and specific font/character issues.
